About these terms
These terms describe use of the RouteBundler service. RouteBundler is the product name; this page does not identify or imply a separate incorporated legal entity. Contact details appear below. These launch terms are a draft for legal review before commercial release.
Accounts and access
Use accurate profile information and an email or Google identity you control. Keep your sign-in links and devices secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share sign-in links or impersonate another person. A typed phone number is contact information and is not proof of phone ownership.
Routing and driver responsibility
Routes, distances and arrival times are estimates based on available map data and routing services. They may not reflect road closures, restrictions, weather, vehicle limitations or current traffic. Use your judgment, obey local laws and road signs, and verify addresses. Never operate the app in a way that distracts you while driving. RouteBundler does not guarantee the shortest route, arrival time or successful delivery.
Customer data and acceptable use
Only upload delivery and contact information you are permitted to use. Use the service for legitimate work. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal data, send spam, evade plan limits, overload infrastructure or use the service unlawfully. You retain rights in your uploaded content and authorize its processing only as needed to provide and protect the service.
Plans, subscriptions and trials
The plan and billing interval shown when a subscription is agreed define its price and included limits. Existing contracted terms are versioned. Future catalog changes do not automatically rewrite an existing contract. Trials, where offered, have the duration and conditions displayed when granted. Company contracts may specify separate negotiated terms. Taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment.
Manual payments and refunds
Manual payment instructions and the payment reference appear in the app when configured. Pay only the displayed destination and amount. A submitted receipt does not itself activate a plan; RouteBundler must verify the payment. Contact support about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized payments and refund requests. No blanket no-refund rule overrides mandatory consumer rights. Any commercial refund policy and cancellation procedure must be confirmed before commercial launch.
Company workspaces and seats
Company administrators manage memberships and company-assigned work within the agreed seat and capability limits. Every member uses their own identity. Removing or suspending company membership does not delete the person’s individual account. Company access covers company operational data; it does not grant access to personal routes, saved customers, earnings, tips, expenses or cash balances.
Workday estimates
Personal earnings tools calculate estimates from the data you enter and delivery status. Cash collected for an employer or merchant is separate from earnings. These tools do not provide payroll, tax or accounting advice and do not establish an employment relationship.
Availability and third-party services
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages or circumstances outside our control. Some features require connectivity. Navigation, authentication and payment services may be supplied by third parties under their own terms. Keep appropriate backups of important records.
Intellectual property
The RouteBundler software, design and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms permit ordinary use of the service; they do not transfer ownership of the software or branding.
Suspension, cancellation and termination
We may restrict access to address security incidents, misuse, unpaid obligations or legal requirements. Contact support to request cancellation or account closure. Where practical, we will explain material restrictions and provide a way to resolve them. Data deletion requests are handled under the Privacy notice; required business and security records may be retained.
Liability and mandatory rights
Use of routing estimates involves real-world uncertainty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RouteBundler is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, third-party failures or decisions made contrary to road conditions or safety requirements. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Jurisdiction-specific limitations and dispute terms require legal review before commercial launch.
